Made to order
All BRUTE pieces are made to order, including those in standard sizes. Nothing is held in stock.
Delivery
Delivery takes 3 to 5 weeks from the date of your order. This covers production and shipping. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Shipping costs and destinations are shown at checkout.
Damaged or missing parcels
Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or doesn't arrive, email [email] with your order number and photos as soon as possible.
Resizing
Resizing is quoted case by case and confirmed in writing before any work starts. See section 6 of our [Terms and Conditions].

Returns
You can withdraw from a standard size order within 14 days of receiving it. Full terms are in section 5 of our [Terms and Conditions].
Email [email] with your order number.
Send the piece back within 14 days, unworn and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is at your cost. Please use a tracked and insured service.
Once we have received and checked the piece, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days.
Personalised pieces (engraving, sizes outside our standard range, materials you select) are made to your specifications and are not covered by the right of withdrawal. You can still contact us within 14 days of delivery to return one. We will review each case and decide on the outcome, which may be a refund, a partial refund, a resize or a store credit.
